Purchasing & Policies

We offer free shipping on all orders, making it simple to shop with us from anywhere.

Custom orders are non-refundable. For all other items, returns are accepted under certain conditions. Contact us for more information.

For local clients, once we receive your order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient pick-up time.

For questions about orders, sizing, or returns, please contact us via Email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at 7789957663. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Customization & Fit

All custom pieces are made to your measurements. A measurement guide will be sent with your order to help you record your sizes. During in-person consultations, we will personally take your measurements. If you prefer a ready-to-wear size, a size chart is available.

Kamal Sood is not responsible for alteration costs. If needed, we are happy to provide recommendations for experienced seamstresses.
